As we look ahead to another exciting winter, the Snowbasin Sports Education Foundation is continuing to build one of the strongest coaching staffs in the country. Thanks to the continued growth of our programs and the outstanding retention of our athletes, we are currently seeking to add multiple coaches across each of our three departments: Alpine, Freeride, and Development.

Current opportunities include:

• Freeride Team: Coaching positions within our All-Mountain program and our Freeride Comp Team focused on off-piste terrain and IFSA events.

• Alpine Team: Coaching opportunities working with our U12 and U14 athletes, helping build the technical, tactical, and personal foundations for long-term success.

• Development Program: Several coaching positions within our one-day-per-week Development program, introducing young athletes to the sport while fostering confidence, skill development, and a lifelong passion for skiing.

At Snowbasin, coaching is about far more than teaching skiing. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships with athletes, creating positive learning environments, and serving as role models who embody our team values. The strength of our culture is built by coaches who lead with integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to helping young people grow both on and off the mountain.

While winter may still be months away, we believe in preparing early. Our proactive approach allows us to thoughtfully recruit, hire, and develop exceptional coaches so that we are fully prepared to provide the outstanding experience our athletes and families have come to expect.
