DevoMini
Devo Mini is our introductory program for 5- and 6-year-olds. Over 12 weeks, this half-day course emphasizes:
Safety
Skill development
Friendship
Fun
Each child is placed on a small team with peers of similar ability and paired with a dedicated coach for the season. If your young skier loves the mountain but needs expert guidance to build confidence and technique, Devo Mini is the perfect fit. Our coaches use movement, exploration, and hands-on learning to help athletes:
Master all-mountain skiing fundamentals
Develop the skills and confidence to step up to the Devo Team
Let your little skier discover the joy of the sport in a supportive, growth-focused environment!
-
DevoMini athletes are ages 5-6 years old. (Must be 5 years old by Dec 31st) They need to be able to carry their own equipment and be able to load and unload the lift independently. DevoMini athletes must have the ability to ski green and blue terrain, using the Wildcat Lift with races taking place on Showboat.
If your athlete isn’t ready this year, we recommend Snowbasin Resort Ski & Ride School Mini Cub and Cub Youth Lessons. Next year, your athlete will feel more confident to take on the team challenge! -
